When refunds are approved

• Defective or non-functional keys — invalid, expired, or unusable, and support can't provide a working replacement
• Incorrect product delivered — you received something different due to an error on our end
• Duplicate charges — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order
• Undelivered products — your key doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours) and support can't resolve the delivery issue

When refunds are not approved

• Activated or redeemed keys — once a key is used on any platform (Steam, EA, Ubisoft, Microsoft, etc.), it's permanently tied to that account and can't be returned to inventory
• Customer error — wrong game version, platform, or item purchased by mistake; please double-check your cart before buying
• Change of mind — as with most digital retailers, buyer's remorse isn't grounds for a refund
• Expired requests — requests submitted more than 14 days after order completion aren't considered
• Resolved issues — if support gives you a working fix (correct activation steps, platform instructions) and the product works, the request is closed

Step 4 — Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — card refunds return to the same card, PayPal refunds return to your PayPal account. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
